A home inspector should be professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. As a home inspector, I rely on my 18 years of experience in building construction and customer service. My diverse background includes hands on in construction (involving framing houses, installing roofs, finishing basements, and masonry) along with managing multiple apartment complexes. As a property manager I have extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, windows/doors, HVAC and decks, and I am proactive in taking courses to keep up with the latest building materials and techniques.
